Renheng Binhai Center is a planned and designed urban complex that integrates platinum five-star hotels, international Grade A office buildings, international brand commercial centers, and high-end seaside residential properties. Except for residential properties, all other business formats are owned and operated by Renheng Land. After reaching a cooperation agreement with Singapore's Hui Sheng Group on hotel style apartments in Nanjing and Chengdu, Renheng Land has reached a strategic partnership with Intercontinental Group on three of its hotels located in Zhuhai and Sanya. Among them, Renheng Binhai Center has signed a contract with Intercontinental Group's high-end brand "Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts" and entrusted it with operation and management. The hotel is located on the 26-46 floors of the 215 meter high complex building of the project, overlooking the sea view of the the Pearl River Estuary and the urban landscape of the Pearl River Macao region. The hotel includes 323 luxury rooms, a number of theme restaurants and multi-function conference rooms, a wedding hall, a large pillarless banquet hall and other facilities. The hotel is planned to be built simultaneously with the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge in 2016, to meet the accommodation requirements of high-end tourists traveling between Zhuhai, Hong Kong and Macao, effectively attract the accommodation needs of star rated hotels in Macao, and effectively fill the gap in the Zhuhai market for five-star hotels of international brands.
